The President of the Nigerian National Youth Council on the behalf of all Nigerian Youth and Africa and world youth congratulate His Excellency Prince Frank Onaivi Ukonga over his election as the newly elected SDMP Chairman of the Edo state of Nigeria and  urged Prince Frank ukonga to continue with his youth friendly and women empowerment initiatives

In his key note address His Excellency Prince Frank Ukonga praised the Nigeria and Africa youth as one of the most illustrious and industrious group and advised them to continue to contribute their quota to the development and  advancement of Africa despite the various idiosyncrasies...
